healthy almond choc bliss balls.
this recipe was inspired by Sallys Baking Adiction and all photos are hers.
what you will need.
- 14 medjool dates.
- 1sp vanilla extract.
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocao powder.
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds.
- 1/2 cup almonds (i used roasted and unsalted)

- 1/4 tsp salt.
- 225g semi-sweet or dark chocolate.

food processor.
dipping tool (if you don't have one, you can use a spoon).

instructions.
1. line a baking tray with parchment paper. set aside.
2. place pitted dates, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, almonds, sunflower seeds and salt (if using) into your food processor. blend/pulse until a moist dough forms. this should take 1-2 minutes. if your mixture is too dry + crumbly, add in a few more pitted dates or even a teaspoon of maple syrup.
3. once your dough has formed, roll into smooth tablespoon sized balls. place onto prepared baking sheet. set aside for the next step.
